The New England Center for Addiction Medicine

RCA acquired the property in 2015.  The interior demolition is completed and the extensive renovation of the medical building is underway. This former acute-care hospital will be RCA’s largest substance abuse treatment center with its 210-inpatient beds upon transformation. The facility is located in New England, MA, a large suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. The facility will serve a financially strong population base of 8 million people.

RCA AT PAOLI

RCA at Paoli will be RCA’s first ground-up development that will include the newly designed 120 inpatient bed prototype building. It will also feature programming space for outpatient services. Located in the Philadelphia’s Main Line, the site is among one of the densest and most affluent populations in the nation. The facility will serve a population base of more than 14 million people.

RCA AT BLACKWOOD

RCA acquired the property for RCA at Blackwood site in 2015. Upon completion, it will feature a newly renovated and expanded treatment facility comprising 125 inpatient beds and outpatient services on a 150-acre campus. The facility is located 20 miles east of Philadelphia and will serve a population base of more than 20 million people.

Lighthouse

Lighthouse is an active provider with more than 30 years of experience of substance abuse disorder inpatient and outpatient treatment.  The facility in Mays Landing, NJ is located 45 minutes east of Center City Philadelphia, PA and 20 minutes from Atlantic City, NJ. The current facility is comprised of 62 inpatient beds.  RCA will completely renovate the current facility, in addition to expanding the building by adding a new wing with programming space, bringing the total bed capacity to 112.

Bracebridge Hall

When the doors of 314 Grove Neck Road open in the Summer 2016, the facility will be one of RCA’s first regional specialty treatment facilities. The property known as Bracebridge Hall, is a mansion designed by the world-renowned architect, David Easton. The property features more than 530 acres of open land and over one mile of waterfront property. RCA’s general contractor, MLP Builders, has begun to renovate and reposition Bracebridge Hall to compete amongst the highest quality facilities in the substance abuse treatment space.

RCA AT MELWOOD

RCA acquired the land for RCA at Melwood site in 2015.  Upon completion, it will feature a newly constructed, state-of-the-art 120 inpatient bed treatment facility.  The Class-A building was carefully designed to maximize efficiencies in both clinical and daily programming.  Located less than 20-miles from the center of Washington D.C., RCA at Melwood’s 68-acre-campus will offer the full continuum of care, serving a population base of more  than 9.5 million people.
